What is it?
Are you looking for a business site within the municipality? As a rule, the municipality issues business sites. There are also private landowners/developers. When using the business premises, you are bound by conditions, as laid down in the zoning plan, among others. The municipality can only issue you an industrial site if you meet these conditions.
How does it work?
The municipality may require you to comply with certain conditions. What conditions these are depends on the environmental plan of the premises or business park. For example:
- To what extent do your business activities create environmental pressures?
- If you want to build on the business park: is it proportional to the size of the site?
- Does your business provide additional employment opportunities?
