Reporting discrimination

Have you experienced or witnessed discrimination? Report it via discriminatie.nl! You can also report by phone: 0800 0880.

Why a national hotline?

The national hotline makes reporting discrimination easier and more accessible. This way, residents who experience discrimination will get the right support faster. By reporting your zip code, the hotline links you to locally established discrimination consultants. For our municipality, this is the anti-discrimination agency Art.1NOG. The employees of this agency are ready for you and help to find a solution where possible.

What is discrimination?

Discrimination is the unequal treatment of people based on personal characteristics that do not matter in that situation. For example, a person may be rejected for a job because she is a woman, scolded on the street for being gay or not allowed into a nightclub because of his or her dark skin color.
