If you are dealing with this or are worried about someone you can contact Safe Home. Safe Home is the advice and reporting center for abuse and domestic violence.

What to do.

You can contact Safe Home 24 hours a day (anonymously) by calling the national number 0800 - 2000.

How does it work?

At Safe Home you can report and get advice if you suspect abuse or domestic violence. Safe Home:

  • Is a hotline for cases or suspicions of abuse or domestic violence
  • Provides advice and information in cases of suspected abuse or domestic violence
  • Investigates whether abuse or domestic violence has occurred
  • Engages assistance when necessary
  • Involves police or the Child Protection Council
  • Informs you what was done with your report
