Grant real estate shopping streets downtown Dinxperlo
The municipality of Aalten has a subsidy scheme for owners and entrepreneurs who want to improve the appearance of their store premises in the center of Dinxperlo: the subsidy scheme 'Impuls kwaliteit vastgoed winkelstraten Dinxperlo', better known as the 'facade subsidy'. This scheme has been extended until August 31, 2025 or as much earlier as the subsidy ceiling has been reached.
Why a facade subsidy?
The center of Dinxperlo is currently being completely redeveloped. With the facade subsidy we want to encourage and support owners and entrepreneurs in the center of Dinxperlo to improve the quality and appearance of their storefronts. After all, the appearance of buildings, shop windows and displays determines the atmosphere, experience and attractiveness of the center.
What is the facade subsidy for?
The facade subsidy is designed to improve the quality and appearance of properties on shopping streets. Examples include improving the store front, removing old awning boxes, preventing boarded-up windows and adapting advertising and displays. A reason may be that you want to make your facade more sustainable by applying HR glass or insulate your facade. Then you can apply for this subsidy. For the preparation of an improvement plan and the implementation of measures, a contribution of 70 percent of the actual costs up to a maximum of € 20,000 per building is available.
Where do you start?
The core shopping area in Dinxperlo has been designated as a protected village sight. This means that in most cases an environmental permit is required for work on the facade. The Environmental Quality Advisor assesses the plans and gives advice. This advice is (also) decisive for the allocation of a contribution from this subsidy scheme "Impulse quality real estate shopping streets Dinxperlo".
