Grant real estate shopping streets downtown Dinxperlo
The municipality of Aalten has a subsidy scheme for owners and entrepreneurs who want to improve the appearance of their retail premises in the center of Dinxperlo: the subsidy scheme 'Impulse quality real estate shopping streets Dinxperlo', better known as the 'facade subsidy'. This scheme has been extended until August 31, 2025, or until the subsidy ceiling is reached, whichever comes first.
Why a facade subsidy?
The center of Dinxperlo is currently being completely redeveloped. With the facade subsidy we want to encourage and support owners and entrepreneurs in the center of Dinxperlo to improve the quality and appearance of their storefronts. After all, the appearance of buildings, shop windows and displays determines the atmosphere, experience and attractiveness of the center.
What is the facade subsidy for?
The facade subsidy is intended to improve the quality and appearance of buildings in shopping streets. Examples include improving shop fronts, removing old awnings, preventing windows from being covered up, and modifying advertising and displays. One reason for applying for this subsidy could be that you want to make your facade more sustainable by installing high-performance glass or insulating your facade. A contribution of 70 percent of the actual costs, up to a maximum of €20,000 per building, is available for drawing up an improvement plan and implementing measures.
Where do you start?
The core shopping area in Dinxperlo has been designated as a protected village sight. This means that in most cases an environmental permit is required for work on the facade. The Environmental Quality Advisor assesses the plans and gives advice. This advice is (also) decisive for the allocation of a contribution from this subsidy scheme "Impulse quality real estate shopping streets Dinxperlo".
