Establishment of municipal preemptive right for expansion of industrial estate in Aalten

On September 24, 2024, the Municipal Executive of Aalten decided to establish Omgevingswet right of first refusal on immovable property located on the southwest side of the existing industrial estate in the center of Aalten, based on Article 9.1, paragraph 2 Omgevingswet . The immovable properties are specified in more detail on the land survey map numbered A6-30-18, which is attached to the preemptive right decision and certified as such, and on the plot list certified as such, all in accordance with the public registers of the Land Registry as of September 12, 2024. The council decision dated September 24, 2024, together with the accompanying appendices forming part thereof, will be available for inspection by anyone free of charge for a period of six weeks (until November 7, 2024) from September 24, 2024.
