Advance Notice of WOZ Value
Every year, you will receive a property tax bill from the municipality of Aalten. The amount of property tax you pay depends, among other things, on the WOZ value of your property (commercial building, office, store, etc.).
The WOZ value also determines the amount of water board taxes. That is why it is important that the WOZ value is accurate and based on the correct property characteristics.
Each year, some property owners receive a letter inviting them to review their WOZ data. Have you received this letter? If so, click on“Review the data for your WOZ value”.
Log in using the unique access code from the letter, your ZIP code (numbers and letters), house number, and, if applicable, the house letter corresponding to the address on this letter.
After you log in, you will see the details we have on file for your property. Please review the information and make any necessary changes or additions. We will update our records accordingly. You will not receive any further notification regarding this.
