Waste tax
What is it?
All households contribute to the collection and processing of household waste. You receive an annual bill for waste collection. You are required to pay this waste levy even if you never bring your waste.
Target
The waste collection fee is a municipal tax. The purpose of this tax is to cover the costs incurred by the municipality to collect and process household waste.
Mandatory payment
Every household that can bring its waste to the collection service (ROVA) has to pay waste disposal charges. The waste collection levy consists of a fixed fee. This is a fixed amount that each household pays. The other part is the cost of all deposits of residual waste on the underground container or the number of times you put the gray container on the road. Only residents outside the built-up area have a gray container.
