How do we proceed?
Phase 1: Design
For the creation of a design, several think-aloud evenings are organized so that we can create a design together with residents and stakeholders.
Okra landscape architects will use the input from these consultation evenings to create a sketch design. This design will be presented during a second evening from which a preliminary design (VO) will be made followed by a final design (DO).
Phase 2: Work preparation
After the final design is determined, the construction team creates an implementation design and the final budget is prepared. Once the budget is approved by the City Council, construction begins.
Phase 3: implementation
The work on your street will be carried out during the implementation phase. This will cause some inconvenience. Take sewer work, for example: during this work, the street will be dug up, making homes temporarily inaccessible to car traffic. We will try to organize the work in such a way as to minimize inconvenience as much as possible.
