What is it?
If you introduce changes in your business, for example by modifying processes or activities or by expanding, you must report this to the municipality.
How does it work?
The course of events depends on specific circumstances.
In addition to the environment, fire safety also plays a role. This means that the fire department will also check whether a user permit is required or whether it needs to be amended. This may also apply to the fire department's attack plan.
On behalf of the municipality, the Achterhoek Environmental Service (ODA) will determine whether you need to submit a (renewed) application for an environmental permit for the change in your business or whether a notification is sufficient.

To change or expand your business activities, you must file a notice or apply for a permit.
