Soil information retrieval
What is it?
Do you need information about the soil on a particular piece of land? For example, because you want to buy or sell that piece of land, or for the application for an environmental permit? Through the environmental report you can request known soil information from the municipality of Aalten.
What to do.
You are going to make an application to request soil information.
It takes at most a few minutes for you to have the report.
The soil information in the report was entered into the soil information system with care. Nevertheless, information may be outdated, incomplete or contain inaccuracies. The Municipality of Aalten is not liable for any damage whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from or in connection with the use of this information. The absence of data in the BIS or this report does not mean that no soil contamination is present on a plot or in an area. If you find errors or inadequacies in the report, please help us by emailing them to gemeente@aalten.nl.

All information you provide to us will be treated with care. Personal and/or address information will be used only for the purpose for which you have provided it.
Additional information
If you want to sell your home or commercial building, you must inform interested buyers about the condition of the soil. And as a buyer of real estate, you are expected to investigate the condition of the soil. If there is soil contamination, for example, it may restrict the use of a property. This information is available from the municipality, as well as from other government organizations. The environmental report collects all available soil information.

- Soil surveys conducted
- Tank certificates (underground fuel storage tanks)
- History and former business activities
- Wbb sites (serious cases of soil contamination and former landfill sites)
- If present: digital research reports
