Structure, completion notification

What is it?

An environmental permit for construction contains rules that you must comply with. Once you have completed the work, you must report this to the municipality. The municipality will then check whether you have built in accordance with the rules in the permit.

If you have built according to the rules, you may start using the structure.

Once your construction project has started, been completed, and is ready for use, you must report this. You can do so by submitting a fully completed notification form (enclosed with the permit). You can also submit this notification online (see the 'Arrange directly' section).

What to do.

You notify the municipality digitally that the structure has been built in accordance with the environmental permit granted and that you are putting the structure into use.

  • You notify the municipality that you have completed the construction work and that it has been built in accordance with the environmental permit granted, and that you wish to start using it.
  • Do this no later than the first working day after you have completed the work.
  • Submit the report in writing. This will enable you to demonstrate that you have complied with your reporting obligation.

DEPOSIT:

The municipality of Aalten has a deposit refund system.

If you have reported the start of construction, preferably before the start of construction, no later than two weeks after the start of construction work, and the completion of construction no later than two weeks after the end of construction work, you will receive the calculated €100.00 back.
