Menzis group health insurance

Residents with a low income can take out collective health insurance through the municipality of Aalten. This is the Menzis GarantVerzorgd (municipal policy). This health insurance offers generous reimbursements. Gemeente Aalten pays part of your premium. If you have an income up to 120% of the social assistance standard, you can make use of the municipal policy.

You can switch to another health insurer every year until December 31. If you switch to Menzis Garant Verzorgd, Menzis will cancel your current health insurance. If you are in arrears with your current health insurer, you cannot switch.

Choose the package that suits you

The municipality of Aalten offers three packages in cooperation with Menzis. Each package consists of the basic insurance with a supplementary insurance. All packages include the personal contribution for WMO care. This is reimbursed by Menzis. You can read all the information on the website www.gezondverzekerd.nl.
