On the site of the former elementary school De Wegwijzer, the KlaassenGroep is building 15 affordable homes for starters and seniors. The project includes 5 life-proof homes (rental) and 10 starter homes (for sale), which will be situated around a shared courtyard garden.

The sale and rental of the homes will go through broker Lensink Gussinklo of Dinxperlo and will most likely start in the first quarter of 2025. Construction of the homes is expected to start in mid-2025, depending on the sales of the homes. If construction proceeds successfully, the KlaassenGroep hopes to hand over the keys to the homes to the new residents in the first quarter of 2026.
