Free Theater Performance with Tips for Parents and Sports Coaches

Children perform best at sports clubs (and at school) when they manage to maintain their enjoyment and self-confidence. But in practice, that can be quite a challenge. “What can you do as a parent or sports coach?” That’s the theme of the humorous theater production “Come on, guys!”, which will be performed in Winterswijk on Thursday, November 5. Free tickets are available via www.positiefcoachen.nl/winterswijk. Seats are limited!

A fun night out to enjoy together. It includes helpful tips that parents and coaches can put to use right away. Admission is free.

“Come on, guys!” is a one-man show by Ewald van Kouwen of Positief Coachen. He has been putting on theater performances for sports clubs for more than 15 years, with the support of NOC*NSF and 42 sports federations. His previous show, “Let’s Win, Right?,” drew more than 100,000 attendees.

The play “Come on, guys!” is about how parents and sports coaches can help children perform well, be less likely to drop out, and reduce “hassle.” It’s also fun and interesting for people who work with children in, for example, music and theater groups.

On Thursday, November 5, 2026, “Come on, guys!” will be shown at Boogie Woogie in Winterswijk from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (plus a post-show discussion). For parents and sports and cultural clubs in the municipalities of Aalten and Winterswijk—presented by both municipalities, Wuh Winterswijk, and Sport-ID.
