Would you like to hold a fundraiser or collection of goods for a good cause? You must report this to the municipality.

Would you like to sell goods on the street or door-to-door? Then you do not need a peddler's license in the municipality of Aalten to offer goods for sale. This applies to offering goods for sale, selling them, or handing them over.
How does it work?
The municipality applies a distribution policy for collections/door-to-door campaigns. In addition to the national collections organized by the Central Bureau for Fundraising (CBF), only one other collection/door-to-door campaign may take place in a residential area. This may mean that you will not be able to collect donations or conduct door-to-door campaigns during certain periods. It is also possible that a similar campaign will take place one week before or after yours. Naturally, we want to avoid this.
Therefore, please always call us at (0543) 49 33 33 if you intend to organize a collection/door-to-door campaign, so that we can find a suitable solution in consultation with you.
You must submit your notification at least three weeks in advance.
