What is it?
Cemetery fees are duties, which are levied for the use of the cemeteries and for the provision of services by the municipality in connection with the cemeteries.
What to do.
In most cases, the funeral director will arrange the application for a grave. Through the funeral director, the rights are charged to the rightful claimant. The rightful claimant is the natural or legal person to whom an exclusive right has been granted to a private grave or private memorial, or the person who can reasonably be considered to have taken his/her place.
