  1. Facade insulation: Rd value ≥ 3.5 m² K/W

  3. Roof insulation: Rd value ≥ 3.5 m² K/W
  4. Attic/loft floor insulation: Rd value ≥ 3.5 m² K/W
  5. Floor insulation: Rd value ≥ 3.5 m² K/W

  7. Insulating glass
    1. Secondary glazing or monument glass (only for monuments)
    2. HR++ glass
      1. U-value of glass ≤ 1.2 W/m2K
      2. Panels in window frames (U-value ≤ 1.2 W/m2K) (in combination with insulating glass)
      3. Insulated door (U-value ≤ 1.5 W/m2K) (in combination with insulated glass)
      4. Insulated window frame (U-value ≤ 2.4 W/m2K) (in combination with insulated glass)
    3. Triple glazing
      1. U-value of glass ≤ 0.7 W/m2K

The measures facade insulation, roof insulation, attic/loft floor insulation, and floor insulation are eligible under
Article 13 (DIY work) and can be carried out by the owner-occupant themselves
. The other measures can only be carried out by a company.
If locally sprayed PIR or PUR is chosen as the insulation material for cavity wall insulation, roof insulation, floor insulation, or ground insulation, it must be applied with an HFC-free blowing agent.
