What is it?
The municipality wants to encourage sports, social, cultural and educational activities among residents with an income up to 120% of the social minimum. For this purpose, there is the participation scheme.
How does it work?
You are eligible for an allowance if you have an income below 120% of your applicable social assistance standard and no own assets above the established asset limits. If you have a higher income, you can ask the municipality to make a financial capability calculation.

Everyone should be able to participate in our society. Is your income no higher than 120% of the social minimum? Then you can apply for an annual allowance for sporting, social, cultural or educational activities.
You can think of:
- Join a sports club, youth club or youth association;
- participate in sports activities;
- Participate in courses or hobby activities;
- pay for anMap passport;
- purchase a computer, tablet or phone;
- subscribe to the Internet, the library, a newspaper or magazine;
- visiting activities, such as museums, theater or cinema
