What is it?
Your living environment consists of places that are accessible to everyone. These include squares, roads, parks, playgrounds, or sports fields. It is important that these places are safe and well-maintained.
If you notice something is broken or needs to be cleaned up, please report it to the municipality.
How does it work?
Examples of things you can report to the municipality:

- hole in the road
- Broken streetlights
- damage to lampposts or traffic signs
- unsafe places
- overdue maintenance of public green spaces, such as weeds

Environmental complaints about companies should not be reported to the municipality but to the Gelderland Environmental Services.

How long does it take?
The municipality usually processes your report within 5 working days. This does not always mean that the situation is resolved. Sometimes, more time is needed.
