Parking permit
What is it?
If you want to park your vehicle in the neighborhood where you live, you may need a parking permit in some cases. This only applies to Kerkstraat Bredevoort and the parking lot at Prinsenstraat Aalten (behind house numbers 23 to 25). You can apply for a parking permit from the municipality for a certain fee.
How does it work?
To park within a parking permit holder zone, you need a parking permit. There are a few Requirements for this:
- You own the vehicle or are a user of a leased or company car.
- You live in an area where you must have a parking permit.
- You are registered as a resident of the municipality.
- You do not have your own parking, such as a garage or driveway.
What to do.
Under the 'Directly arrange' section, you can submit the application online. If there is no waiting list, the municipality will process your application immediately. You will often receive the parking permit within 5 working days.
If the municipality rejects your permit application, you can object within 6 weeks to the municipality.
What do I need?
For your application, you will need the following documents:
- A digital copy of your driver's license, which you can attach to your application
- A digital copy of the registration certificate of your (leased) car which you can attach to the application
