The municipality of Aalten wants to create additional space for commercial plots near the center of Aalten in order to meet the needs of local businesses to expand. Research shows that there will be a need for approximately 11 hectares of additional commercial space near the center of Aalten by 2030. That is why the 't Broek commercial area is being expanded.
