Expansion of business park Aalten

The municipality of Aalten wants to create additional space for business lots near the core of Aalten in order to meet the need of local companies to expand. The Regionaal Programma Werklocaties (RPW) 2024-2028 shows that up to and including 2030 there is a need for approximately 11 hectares of expansion business premises near the core of Aalten. Therefore, business park 't Broek in Aalten will be expanded. The area southwest of the existing business park and north of the Keizersbeek river is designated for development as a new business park. 

The illustration shows the plan area. The plan area is located between Moerveldweg and Tweede Broekdijk streets to the north and to the south on Keizersbeek, Rondweg Zuid and Derde Broekdijk. To the west, the plan area extends up to and including the first agricultural parcel at the corner of Zomerweg - Derde Broekdijk and the parcels between Derde Broekdijk and Keizersbeek up to the bicycle path to Roelendijk. In the East, the boundary runs to the right of the forest.
The area southwest of the existing business park and north of Keizers Brook is designated for development.
