Exercising privacy rights

What is it?

We use your personal data because you use our services or apply to us for a product such as a passport, environmental permit or use of a wheelchair.

Protection of your personal data

We respect your privacy and we treat your personal information confidentially. Processing of your personal data is done according to the requirements set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). This privacy law applies throughout the European Union (EU). We use your data only for the purpose for which it is needed and also do not keep it longer than necessary unless required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to view and request access to your personal data, delete it (where possible) or have it corrected. You can arrange this under the Direct Control tab.

Can I access my child's personal information?

This is possible if your child is under 16 and you are your child's legal representative. If your child is 16 years old or older, they have the right to see it themselves.

The legal representative is the person who has authority over a child. Authority is usually exercised by one or both parents.

If you disagree with the way we handle your privacy or you have a suggestion about it, you can report your at the Direct Control tab.
