What is it?
If you want to organize a flea market that is open to the public, you must notify the municipality three weeks in advance. Notifications submitted too late will not be processed. This means that the flea market cannot take place.

If you wish to play music and/or sell alcoholic beverages, you must apply for a separate permit or exemption. More information can be found at organizing an event or applying for an alcoholic beverage exemption.
The notification of a flea market is necessary so that the municipality can assess the activity in terms of public order and safety aspects.
