How does it work?

The Service Department will ensure that your device is maintained and repaired. There is no charge to you for maintenance or repair by the Service Department. You can reach the Service Department at 0543 49 33 40.

Outside business hours, the Service Department only resolves complaints that cannot wait until the next business day. Working days of the Service Department are Monday through Friday.

If you are traveling within the municipality of Aalten or within a maximum of 20 km of your home address and are unable to continue your journey due to a breakdown, a member of the Service Department will come to you. The employee will assist you on the spot.

Are you regularly outside the municipality of Aalten or traveling longer distances? Then we recommend that you take out a service contract. You can do this through the ANWB, for example.
