Sports facilities and fields for rent

How does it work?

You can rent sports facilities for training, competitions, tournaments and other sports activities. You can rent these facilities both structurally and occasionally. Associations receive a confirmation/invoice when renting the accommodations and are bound by the terms of use.

There are a number of principles behind determining whether you can rent the accommodation:

• Schedules are drawn up each season in consultation with users.
• Education goes before other uses
• existing use takes precedence over new use
• associations go before individuals
• applicants within the municipality take precedence over those outside the municipality

What does it cost?

The following rates will apply to the rental of indoor sports facilities as of August 1, 2025:

• gymnasium: € 14.55 per hour
• 1 room part Eurohal, sports hall Bredevoort € 19,90 per hour
• entire station hall, hall sections 1 and 2 Eurohal and hall sections 2 and 3 Aladna hall € 43.72 per hour
• Hourly rate of the meeting room in the Eurohal in Dinxperlo € 13.22

Associations related to the seasonal use of the Euro Hall do not pay rent for the meeting room. However, they must purchase refreshments from the Sports Café. Consumption of their own food and drinks is not allowed. The rate for associations/tenants from outside the municipality is 125%. The rate for commercial use (no events) is 160%. For commercial events, a rate will be determined depending on the nature and size of an activity.

Fees will be indexed based on the CBS Consumer Price Index (CPI) All Households (as per the July 2006 decision) beginning with the new school year.
