Business property sustainability incentive loan

To encourage and support entrepreneurs in making their real estate more sustainable, the municipality of Aalten has set up a scheme in collaboration with SVn. This involves an incentive loan for making shops, offices, and commercial buildings more sustainable. Agricultural buildings can also be made more sustainable with this loan. The loan is intended for owners (including private individuals) and tenants of commercial real estate. The scheme is aimed at SME entrepreneurs. 
The municipality of Aalten is making €1,000,000 available for the scheme. It is a revolving fund. The maximum loan amount is €100,000. For amounts up to €50,000, the closing costs of €1,500 will be reimbursed by the municipality of Aalten. The substantive assessment of applications will be carried out by Energieloket Achterhoek, and the financial assessment by SVn.
