What are we going to do?

The City Council is in favor of expanding the business park. The city council still has to approve the plans and will decide on this at the end of November. That is the first step.

Then we will elaborate the plans for the expansion. We do this in the form of a development vision or urban development plan. This contains the requirements and wishes for the new business park. These include the number of lots, the size of the lots, parking and the layout of the public space. Local residents and interest groups are involved in this planning process.

The necessary procedures, such as amending the Environment Plan, will then follow at a later date.
