What are we going to do?

The City Council is in favor of expanding the business park. The city council still has to approve the plans and will decide on this at the end of November. That is the first step.

We will then proceed to further develop the plans for the expansion. We will do this in the form of a development vision or urban development plan. This will set out the requirements and wishes for the new business park. These include the number of plots, the size of the plots, parking, and the layout of the public space. Local residents and interest groups will be involved in this planning process.

The necessary procedures, such as amending the Environment Plan, will then follow at a later date.
