Environment talk agendas
In the first round of discussions, we will discuss the approach to the environmental vision and engage in a conversation about the identity and unique characteristics of the area and the desirable future of the living environment in the area. As much as possible, we give participants the floor about what they think is important for the future of their living environment.
Between the first and second round of talks, the municipality summarizes the results for each area as best it can. On this basis, the discussion points for the second round of talks are determined for each area. These can be topics that have not yet been discussed, or topics that require further consultation, or dilemmas and choices that need to be discussed.
In the second round of talks, we will discuss further per area about what we find desirable and not desirable for the future of the living environment in the area. Together we will try to arrive at a line that is most preferable for the area.
In the third and final round of discussions, the municipality will provide feedback on what we have come up with together for the area, and any final choices that remain to be made will be presented and resolved. In this way we finalize the proposal for the environmental vision for each area, which we will ultimately submit to the city council.
