Taxes and fees, assessment

What is it?

Municipal taxes are usually levied by assessment. That is, the taxpayer is sent a letter, which, among other things, states the taxable event and the amount of tax.

For example, the taxable event may be that you are the holder of a dog or that you are the user of a plot from which water is discharged directly or indirectly to the municipal sewer system.

How long does it take?

You can view and, if necessary, download your waste collection statement (Diftar), your municipal tax assessment notice, your WOZ decision and assessment report (if applicable) and related inserts digitally.
