Board adopts development vision for 't Beggelder
The Municipal Executive adopted the Development Vision for the new housing plan 't Beggelder in Dinxperlo on October 15, 2024. This vision has partly come about thanks to input from local residents during several think-aloud evenings, and with input from advisory bodies and partners.
In the coming months, the vision will be translated into a concrete urban development plan, including an image quality plan, in which the future interpretation of the neighborhood will be further elaborated.
Follow-up steps and involvement of local residents
The involvement of local residents remains important in the process. It is expected that the next think-aloud evening can take place in January 2025. At that time, the draft urban development plan will be presented to local residents and other interested parties. Here, too, they will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the plans.
About 't Beggelder
On the west side of Dinxperlo there are plans for a new residential area: 't Beggelder. Klomps Bouwbedrijf and the KlaassenGroep are joining forces to realize a beautiful, sustainable and affordable residential area here in close cooperation with the municipality of Aalten.'t Beggelder offers space for 250 homes.
