Classification of areas

In consultation with the municipal council of Aalten and with the various neighborhoods and other parties in Aalten, it has been decided to conduct area-specific discussions for the new environmental vision of Aalten in the period from September 2024 to March 2025, based on the following division of areas:

• Kern Aalten (residential areas and immediate surroundings, excluding industrial estates)
  Aalten city center
• Core Dinxperlo, center area and immediate surroundings (minus business parks)
• Bredevoort and surroundings
• Barlo and surroundings
• De Heurne and surroundings
• The Haart and surroundings
• IJzerlo and surroundings
• Dale and surroundings
• Lintelo and surroundings
• Aaltense Heurne and surroundings
• Business parks in Aalten and Dinxperlo

Every resident of Aalten can decide for themselves which discussion in which area they want to join.
