Classification of areas

In consultation with the Aalten City Council and with the various hamlets and other parties in Aalten, it was decided to hold area-based discussions for Aalten's new environmental vision in the period from September 2024 to March 2025 on the following division of areas:

  • Core Aalten {residential areas and immediate surroundings, minus business parks)
    center area Aalten
  • Core Dinxperlo, center area and immediate surroundings (minus business parks)
  • Bredevoort and surroundings
  • Barlo and surroundings
  • De Heurne and surroundings
  • The Haart and surroundings
  • IJzerlo and surroundings
  • Dale and surroundings
  • Lintelo and surroundings
  • Aaltense Heurne and surroundings
  • Business parks Aalten and Dinxperlo

Each resident of Aalten decides for themselves at which conversation in which area they join. This may also be at multiple conversations, in multiple areas.
