Filing a complaint
What is it?
You can file a complaint if you are dissatisfied with something the municipality does or fails to do. This may concern an employee, an administrator, or a department. For example:
- You receive insufficient, incorrect, or misleading information.
- Your questions will not be answered
- You feel you have been treated unfairly or believe that something has gone wrong
Please note: Problems in the street or in your neighborhood are not complaints. You can report these issues. Examples include broken street lighting, litter, loose paving stones, or overdue maintenance of public green spaces. Go to: Report issues in your living environment
