Recount of polling station The Markerink

An error appears to have been made in the count lists of the polling station at De Markerink. This was revealed after reports from voters to the central polling station in The Hague. 

The central electoral committee will then instruct the municipality of Aalten to conduct a recount. The municipal electoral committee of the municipality of Aalten will therefore recount the votes cast at De Markerink—the votes cast for the CDA.  

The mayor of the municipality of Aalten therefore announces that, for the election of the members of the House of Representatives of the States General in October 2025, the municipal electoral committee will hold another session on November 5, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the town hall, Markt in Aalten. During this session, the provisional results of the vote at the De Markerink polling station will be determined. The session is open to voters.
