Where to find a quality assurance contractor

Are you going to build new in consequence class 1? If so, as of January 1, 2024, you must engage your own quality assurance agency to check the quality of your building(s). This check will be done before and during construction and will cover issues such as foundation, fire safety and energy use. The municipality will no longer do this. As of January 1, 2024, the municipality will only deal with the spatial assessment and permit.
A quality assurance agency is always independent and certified. You can find an overview of quality assurance providers and instruments through the Register of Quality Assurance. An instrument is an approved method that the quality assurance company uses to control construction.
