The municipality of Aalten investigates how you experience our services: all contact moments at the counter, by phone and online. What goes well and what could be improved? We also ask about your experiences with help and support (such as Wmo, youth care and work & income). Your opinion helps us to improve our services.
Do you have ideas on how to do it better? We'd love to hear it. We will incorporate the results into our new service vision and plans for improved access to help and support. The questionnaire includes:
- your visit to the municipal office
- Our digital services (website, forms, online appointments)
- telephone accessibility and our responses by email or message
- clarity of information and whether we think well with you
- your contact with the municipality about help and support

Participants of our resident panel U Speaks have already received the invitation. Even if you are not a member (yet), you can still participate. To do so, go to www.uspreekt.nl. It takes about 10 minutes to complete and can be done at your convenience.
About You Speak
You Speak is the resident panel of the municipality of Aalten. A few times a year, participants receive an invitation to think along about issues that are important in the municipality.
